Information for viewers:
The place of the event: Palanga city winter stadium, which is near Botanical Park. Address: Vytauto st. 16. It is easiest to find by moving Vytauto st. from central entrance of Botanical Park (next to hotel ''Gabija'') in direction of Klaipeda. You will enter the stadium from Vytauto st.
It is free to enter the territory of the event.
Car parking: There is limited car spaces next to the event area, so it is recommended to leave your car in the city.
Recommended time of visit: July 29th. (Saturday) from 12:00 to 17:30. This time all the participating cars and bikes will be present in the area of the event. There will be elections for best cars and bikes. There will be other interesting programs. As well tattoo, aerografi and car decorating artists will be working. Vintage clothing sellers will be present. ''Vinetu'' village will present their exhibition. As well on the 6th of August you can witness awards. Awards will take place straight after big cruize. Preliminary time 19:30.

Participation Conditions 2017:
Only cars and motorcycles if the traditional American producers can participate in the event
- Participation fee - 20 euros per car, motorcycle, € 5 for each additional crew members (excluding children under 12 years old)
- Organizers have the rights to refuse registration of the participant without explanations
- Participants are responsible for the safety of their cars – motorcycles
A CANDIDATE IS CONSIDERED THE TRUE PARTICIPANT OF "AMERICAN SPIRIT" IF HE/SHE:
- In time have filled and sent the form and 2 photos of the car/motorcycle
- Included in the list of participants
ORGANIZATIONAL FUND
“American Spirit” is not commercial. This meeting is gathering of similar minded people, which is funded by money gathered by participants sent to organizational fund.
Things payed from the money of organizational fund:
- Preparation of the place
- Office supplies expenses
- Printing works
- Rent of the power generator
- Rent of the bio-toilets
- Event sound
- Police escort fee
- Security guard fee
- Closed party for participants (entertainment)
- Prizes
- Other organizational costs
2017 y. Size of the minimal contribution to the fund is set to: 20 EU for a car/bike and the driver, +5 EU for every additional crew member with exception of kids under 12 years old. Contribution can be paid in advance by transfer.
Set amount is minimal, but you can support the event by bringing in a greater amount. Your support can help event become even more interesting and higher quality. For each additional 10 EU for the support, you will get an extra membership lottery ticket.
THE REAL PARTICIPANT UNDERTAKES (DUTIES)
- Having received a package of event and sponsor's stickers, to place them on the car by the given scheme.
- To follow instructions of organizers
- On the territory of the Expo Zone vehicles move only under control of officers of movement. Transport parks only in the specified place
- To adhere to instructions published in the American Spirit bulletin. The bulletin is published by www.americanspirit.lt and transferred together with event stickers
- During Grant parade do not not burn out in Basanavichyus Street territory
- To adhere to traffic regulations of the Republic of Lithuania
- To free the territory of the Expo zone on July 30 by 14:00
THE TRUE PARTICIPANT OF AMERICAN SPIRIT ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT RECEIVES
- Event lottery ticket. One additional ticket is given to every additional crew member.
- An invitation to a private after party. One additional invitation is given to every additional crew member.
- "Best of show" voting Stickers.
- Numbering sticker
- Sponsor's stickers and scheme of their seating
- Badge of the participant
- Newsletter
- Program
WHENEVER POSSIBLE TRUE PARTICIPANT OF AMERICAN SPIRIT:
- Decorates his/her car with flags
- Wears clothes which represents American cars/motorcycles
TRANSPORT PERMITS
Transport is admitted to the territory of the Event only with special stickers:
- PARTICIPANT'S STICKER (lith. DALYVIO LIPDUKAS) – all participants receive it upon the proper registration. There are two types of stickers: With and without numbers
- SUPPORT STICKER – the organizers (receive the sticker automatically), sales and marketing, special transport, transport for participants support (regarding the support, please E-mail: [email protected]), transport involved on the basis of guests rights (as per advanced agreement )
On the day of the Event there will be a scheme of zones published, explaining which zones are available having specific stickers.
ADVERTISING
On cars with the commercial brands participation and promotions during the event requires organizer's permit. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to the cars with commercial brands to the event without a permit.
